A site that ranks locally on Google + takes booking enquiries with a card-on-file callout fee. Stop the "are you free Saturday?" texts at 9pm.
No credit card. No setup fee. 30-day money back on paid plans.
Built for emergency callouts, scheduled visits, and free-estimate enquiries.
For plumbers & trades
Charge £85 upfront for an emergency callout. Timewasters drop off; genuine customers pay. Your van isn't out for free anymore.
Google Business Profile setup, local citations, and city-specific content built into your site. Customers searching "plumber near me" find you.
Quote-style enquiries (no payment) capture serious leads on your terms. Reply when you're ready, not at 9pm Sunday.
Let us be straight first
Most of this site is about online booking, and for a salon that is the whole story. For plumbing it is not, and we would rather say so than sell you something that does not fit.
When a cylinder is leaking through a ceiling, nobody picks a Thursday slot from a calendar. They search, they find three numbers, and they ring all three. The one who answers gets the work. A booking page does not change that and should not pretend to.
What a site does change is the two minutes before the call. Those three numbers all get looked at first, and the decision about which to ring is made on what they can see: whether you cover the area, whether you are Gas Safe registered, whether anyone has said anything good about you, and whether the whole thing looks like a business or an abandoned page from 2019.
So this page is about being the one they ring, and about the planned work you can genuinely take a booking for.

What is bookable and what is not
Plenty of plumbing work is planned, and that half is genuinely worth booking online: an annual boiler service, a landlord gas safety check, a bathroom quote visit, replacing a tap or a shower somebody has already bought.
Those are fixed-length jobs at prices you already know, and the customer booking them is not in a panic. They are the ones who would otherwise ring you at half past four while you are under a sink, or not ring at all.
Emergency work stays as a phone number, large and at the top of every page, exactly where it should be. The site does not try to put a burst pipe in a calendar.
The quote visit is the interesting one. Make it bookable and you have turned a vague enquiry into a confirmed appointment with the customer's address and a description of the job already written down.

The demo runs on the same system you get: bookable jobs with real durations, a call-out paid on the card, an enquiry form for the rest, a confirmation text.
The expensive problem
Every plumber has done it. An hour there and back for a job outside the area, or a job you do not do, or somebody who wanted a free opinion to use against another quote.
Ask your questions at the point of booking, whatever they are. Postcode, what the job is, the boiler make and model, whether it is a house or a flat, whether they own it or rent it, whether anyone has already looked at it. Photographs help more than anything, and people are surprisingly willing to send them.
You see all of that before you commit to going, which means you can decline the ones that are not for you politely and quickly, rather than discovering it on the doorstep.
For quote visits you can also take a small deposit that comes off the job, which stops the tyre-kickers without offending anybody serious. Plenty of plumbers do not, and that is a reasonable choice too.

Being found
For a plumber, being findable is worth more than any booking feature, and it is mostly one thing: a complete Google Business Profile with real reviews, pointing at a real website.
We set the profile up properly, with the right categories, your service area, your hours, your emergency number and photographs of actual work. Then we build the site it points at, because a profile linked to nothing behaves differently in local results from one linked to a site that says who you are and what you are registered to do.
Reviews are the other half and we cannot write those for you. What we can do is ask for them at the right moment: after a completed job, automatically, with a link straight to your review page. Most people are happy to leave one and simply never get round to it unless asked.
Being straight about the timing: local search takes months rather than weeks. What changes on day one is that somebody who has your name from a neighbour finds you rather than a lead-generation site selling your enquiry to three competitors.

About the job
Serious enquiries, on your terms, with the details you would have asked for anyway.
Not just a diary
We said at the top of this page that nobody browses for a plumber, and that is exactly why this section matters more to you than the booking one. Your entire problem is being one of the three numbers that gets rung.
So the monthly fee is not renting a booking form. It covers the whole of your digital presence, and the parts nobody thinks to ask about are the ones that do the work:
A site search engines can actually read.
Your pages are built on the server, so a crawler is handed the finished text rather than an empty shell it has to run JavaScript to understand. Your services, prices, hours and address are in the page itself.
Structured data, which is the version machines read.
The site publishes your business details in the standard format Google and others expect: what you are, where you are, when you are open. It is the difference between a page that mentions your hours and a page that states them in a way software can use.
Your Google Business Profile, set up properly.
Categories, service area, hours, photos and services, all filled in and pointed at your own site. This is free and it is the single biggest lever in local search, and most businesses have it half done.
Local SEO, and backlinks each month on Local and above.
Along with a report so you can see what changed rather than taking our word for it.
A listing in the Solovi UK directory,
featured above the businesses that are not customers, on every page that matches what you do and where you are.
And the newer one, which almost nobody is set up for. People increasingly ask an assistant instead of scrolling a results page. Those systems answer from pages they can read and cite: your own site, your Google profile, articles that mention you. A profile inside a booking app is not really a page in that sense, it is a record in somebody's database. Being readable is not something you can buy your way into later, and it is why a site of your own has quietly become more valuable than it was two years ago.
We cannot promise you a place in anybody's answers, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. What we can do is make sure there is something of yours worth reading, in a form that can be read.

For emergencies, no, and we will not pretend otherwise. A burst pipe is a phone call. Booking earns its place on the planned half of the work: services, safety checks, quote visits and fixed-price jobs. For everything else the site's job is to be the reason they ring you rather than the next number down.
Partly, and here is the honest limit: Solovi does not restrict bookings by postcode or calculate travel. What you can do is state your area plainly on the site and ask for a postcode and job details before you agree to attend, so you can decline quickly rather than driving there to find out.
Yes, and it is the single most useful thing on the form. A photograph of the boiler and its data plate tells you in seconds what a phone call takes ten minutes to establish, and often tells you whether the job is worth attending at all.
Your call. A small deposit that comes off the job filters out people collecting free opinions without putting off anyone serious. Plenty of plumbers quote free and win work that way. The system supports either.
It is a different thing rather than a better one. Those sites bring you enquiries you would not otherwise get, and if that is working for you it is worth the fee. What they do not give you is an address of your own: the profile, the reviews and the ranking belong to them, and the day you leave you leave with none of it. A lot of trades sensibly run both.
