For personal trainers

Built for coaches.

1

Package pricing

Sell a "4-week online coaching" block for £150 as one purchase. Or 10 PT sessions for £450. Clients pay once, you deliver over the agreed window.

2

Free consultation funnel

Offer a free 30-min discovery call. Captures the lead, gets you on a call, converts to paid. No more "should I message back?" loop.

3

Card-on-file no-shows

Card stays on file; a no-show is automatically charged the cancellation fee you set. Your time gets respected.

The bit nobody enjoys

Most of your diary is the same people at the same time

Personal training is not really an appointments business. It is a standing arrangement business. Tuesday and Thursday at seven with the same client for eight months, and the booking system most trainers use is a WhatsApp thread and a memory.

That works until somebody goes on holiday, or you take a week off, or a client wants to move Thursday to Friday for a fortnight. Then it becomes a series of small negotiations, all in text, all of which you have to hold in your head alongside everyone else's.

You can book a repeating series in one go: every week, every fortnight or every four weeks, for as many sessions as you want to set up. All of them go into the diary as real sessions, so you can see the shape of your month rather than reconstructing it. If one of the dates clashes with something you have already blocked out, that one is skipped and you are told which.

Cancelling the rest of a series is one action, not twelve.

Getting paid

Chasing forty pounds after every session is nobody's idea of running a business

The money side of training is usually worse than the scheduling side. Bank transfers that arrive three days late, cash that gets forgotten, the awkward reminder at the end of a session where you have just spent an hour building a relationship.

Clients can pay by card when they book, in full or as a deposit, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Apple Pay and Google Pay both work, which matters more than it sounds when someone is booking on a phone at half six in the morning.

For blocks of sessions, gift cards do the job well and are not only for presents. Sell a ten-session block as a fixed value, the client pays once, and the balance is drawn down as they book. You have the money up front and they have a reason to keep turning up, which is the honest reason blocks work.

Whatever they pay, Solovi takes 0% of it. Our income is the monthly subscription and nothing else, so the only deduction is Stripe's standard card fee, which every business pays.

See it working

Watch a booking page take a booking

The demo runs on the same system you get: a repeating slot, a package that counts itself down, a card on file for no-shows, a confirmation text.

The expensive problem

A six o'clock slot only exists once

Trainers lose money to a very specific pattern: the client who cancels at four for a session at six. There is no filling that, and the peak hours before work and after work are the only hours most people want.

You set the policy in your own words. How much notice you want, what a late cancellation costs, what a no-show costs. It is shown to the client while they book, so nobody can say they did not know, and it is charged automatically to the card they booked with if it comes to that.

Most trainers never want to charge it. Having it stated changes behaviour on its own, which is really the point.

Being found

Instagram builds the audience. It does not close the sale

Trainers are better at social media than almost any other trade. The problem is what happens after the follow. Somebody watches your content for three weeks, decides they want to train with you, taps the link in your bio and lands on a page that says to send a DM for prices.

Half of them do not send it. Not because they changed their mind, but because asking a stranger what they charge is a small piece of friction at exactly the wrong moment, and the moment passes.

A link in your bio that goes to a real site with your prices, your qualifications, your actual availability and a button that books a session removes that step entirely. They can commit at eleven at night without speaking to anyone, which is when a lot of people decide to change something about their lives.

The site also does the work Instagram cannot: someone searching "personal trainer" and your town will not find your grid, and a Google Business Profile pointing at your own site is what puts you in that result.

Your Google Business Profile, filled in and pointing at your own site, so the second search, the one with your name in it, lands somewhere that is yours.

Not just a diary

The booking link only works on people who already found you

Social media builds an audience out of people who came across you. It does nothing for the person who has decided to get a trainer and is searching for one in your town tonight, which is a warmer lead than any follower.

So the monthly fee is not renting a booking form. It covers the whole of your digital presence, and the parts nobody thinks to ask about are the ones that do the work:

A site search engines can actually read.

Your pages are built on the server, so a crawler is handed the finished text rather than an empty shell it has to run JavaScript to understand. Your services, prices, hours and address are in the page itself.

Structured data, which is the version machines read.

The site publishes your business details in the standard format Google and others expect: what you are, where you are, when you are open. It is the difference between a page that mentions your hours and a page that states them in a way software can use.

Your Google Business Profile, set up properly.

Categories, service area, hours, photos and services, all filled in and pointed at your own site. This is free and it is the single biggest lever in local search, and most businesses have it half done.

Local SEO, and backlinks each month on Local and above.

Along with a report so you can see what changed rather than taking our word for it.

A listing in the Solovi UK directory,

featured above the businesses that are not customers, on every page that matches what you do and where you are.

And the newer one, which almost nobody is set up for. People increasingly ask an assistant instead of scrolling a results page. Those systems answer from pages they can read and cite: your own site, your Google profile, articles that mention you. A profile inside a booking app is not really a page in that sense, it is a record in somebody's database. Being readable is not something you can buy your way into later, and it is why a site of your own has quietly become more valuable than it was two years ago.

We cannot promise you a place in anybody's answers, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. What we can do is make sure there is something of yours worth reading, in a form that can be read.

What a trainer actually gets

The site

  • Built for you on your own domain, and one link that answers everything.
  • Your prices in public, so nobody has to ask.
  • Your qualifications and insurance, which serious clients do check.
  • Where you train: a gym, outdoors, at their home, online.
  • Fast on a phone, because that is where every single one of them is.

The booking

  • Repeating sessions set up in one go, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  • Your real availability, with your own hours and time off.
  • Card payment at booking, Apple Pay and Google Pay included.
  • Blocks of sessions sold up front and drawn down as they book.
  • A cancellation policy that is stated, and charged if you want it.

Clients who would rather text you still text you. Anything you agree that way goes into the same diary in a few taps.

Frequently asked

Can I set up a client's regular weekly slot?

Yes. Book a repeating series in one action, weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks, for as many sessions as you want. They all appear in the diary as real sessions. If one falls on a day you have blocked out, it is skipped and you are told which. Cancelling the remainder of a series is also one action.

Can I sell blocks of ten sessions?

Yes, using gift cards, which are not only for presents. Sell a block as a fixed value, the client pays once by card, and the balance is drawn down as they book sessions. You get the money up front. Gift cards are on the Local and Bespoke tiers.

What about last-minute cancellations?

Set your own notice period and what a late cancellation or a no-show costs. It is shown to the client while they book and charged automatically to the card they used, if you choose to enforce it. The money is yours; Solovi takes 0%.

I train outdoors and at clients' homes. Does that work?

Yes, as long as your availability is what governs the diary. One honest limitation: Solovi does not calculate travel time between locations or restrict bookings by area, so build travel into your session lengths and hours. If you need proper route planning, you will want a tool built for that.

Do I need a website, or is a link tool enough?

A link tool sends people onward. It does not answer what you charge, what you are qualified in, or when you are free, and it will never appear when somebody searches for a trainer in your town. A site does all of that, and it is yours rather than a page on a platform.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly fee: £19 for Solo, £39 for Local, £79 for Bespoke, with 0% commission on everything clients pay. Sign up before 31 December 2026 and Local locks at £29 and Bespoke at £49 for as long as you stay. Solo has a 30-day free trial and does not ask for a card.
