For UK beauty + lash studios

Pamper.
Booked. Paid.

Lashes, brows, facials, peels. We build you a site that does justice to your work and a booking system that protects your time against no-shows.

Deposit-required bookings cut no-shows by 80%+ on average.

For beauty & lash studios

Built for the treatment room.

1

Long appointments, real slots

2-hour lash sets, 90-min facials. The booking calendar only offers times that actually exist. No "oh that won't fit" calls.

2

Required deposits

High-value treatments demand high-stakes commitment. £30 deposit on a £120 lash set means no-shows drop to under 5%.

3

Loyalty + gift cards built in

Stamp card for repeat clients, gift cards for special occasions, both included on every Solovi tier from Local up.

The bit nobody enjoys

Forty treatments on one price list, and nobody can find anything

Beauty has a menu problem that most trades do not. A salon can offer facials, waxing, lashes, brows, massage, gel, spray tan and a course of something clinical, each with its own length, its own price and its own aftercare. Put all of that in one scrolling list and a client looking for a brow lamination gives up somewhere around leg waxing.

So the booking page groups your treatments into the categories you already use and puts a search box above them. Somebody who knows what she wants types two letters and finds it. Somebody who does not can browse a category without wading through everything else you do.

Each treatment carries its own duration, so a fifteen-minute brow tidy and a ninety-minute facial take the right amount of room in the diary, and nobody can book the long one into a short gap.

Money you are already leaving

The extras you would have offered anyway

In the room you would say it without thinking. She is in for a facial, so you mention the brow tidy. She is having lashes, so you ask about the tint. Half the time she says yes, and the treatment is worth fifteen pounds more than it was.

Online, nobody asks. She books the facial and that is that, because a booking form does not upsell and most of them have no way to.

You can attach optional extras to any treatment, each with its own price and its own extra minutes. She sees them while she is choosing, ticks the ones she wants, and the diary lengthens to fit. A ninety-minute facial with a fifteen-minute brow tidy blocks a hundred and five minutes, not ninety, so you are not running late because somebody said yes.

You can offer an extra on one treatment or across all of them, and turn it off whenever you like.

Watch a booking page take a booking

The demo salon runs on the same system you get: grouped services, add-ons at booking, a deposit on the high-value treatments, a confirmation text.

The one that carries risk

Tell her about the patch test before she arrives

Lash extensions, tints and some peels need a patch test, and your insurer will have a view on how far in advance. A new client who books lashes for tomorrow morning has already made that impossible, and you find out when she is sitting in front of you.

Each treatment carries its own note, shown while she is choosing rather than buried in a confirmation email. Anyone booking something that needs a test is told what she needs and when. You can also list the test as a short free appointment so a new client books the test and the treatment together and both land in the diary.

The same field does the ordinary jobs too: come with nails bare, do not wear eye make-up, arrive ten minutes early for a consultation form. Small things, said at the only moment they are useful.

Step 3 of 4

Before you book

Asked at booking, so nobody turns up for a treatment they cannot have.

December, mostly

Gift cards sell themselves if somebody can buy one at eleven at night

Beauty is one of the few trades where gift cards are genuinely a season rather than a nice extra. The problem is that most of the demand arrives in the fortnight before Christmas, often late in the evening, from someone who has left it too long and cannot ring you.

Your site sells them directly. The buyer picks a value, pays by card, and the recipient gets a branded card by email with a code that works on the booking page. The money lands in your account when it is bought, not when it is redeemed.

Loyalty cards work the same way and are included on every tier: a digital stamp card the client keeps on her phone, with your reward on it. You stamp it by scanning her code when she comes in. It is an old idea and it still works, mainly because a card in a purse gets lost and a card on a phone does not.

Gift cards are on the Local and Bespoke tiers. Loyalty is on all three.

Not just a diary

The booking page is the last step, not the first

Nobody books a treatment with a salon they have not looked at. She reads the reviews, looks at the work, checks whether you do the thing she wants and whether you look like somewhere she would be comfortable. The booking is the last ten seconds of a decision that started somewhere else entirely.

So the monthly fee is not renting a booking form. It covers the whole of your digital presence, and the parts nobody thinks to ask about are the ones that do the work:

A site search engines can actually read.

Your pages are built on the server, so a crawler is handed the finished text rather than an empty shell it has to run JavaScript to understand. Your services, prices, hours and address are in the page itself.

Structured data, which is the version machines read.

The site publishes your business details in the standard format Google and others expect: what you are, where you are, when you are open. It is the difference between a page that mentions your hours and a page that states them in a way software can use.

Your Google Business Profile, set up properly.

Categories, service area, hours, photos and services, all filled in and pointed at your own site. This is free and it is the single biggest lever in local search, and most businesses have it half done.

Local SEO, and backlinks each month on Local and above.

Along with a report so you can see what changed rather than taking our word for it.

A listing in the Solovi UK directory,

featured above the businesses that are not customers, on every page that matches what you do and where you are.

And the newer one, which almost nobody is set up for. People increasingly ask an assistant instead of scrolling a results page. Those systems answer from pages they can read and cite: your own site, your Google profile, articles that mention you. A profile inside a booking app is not really a page in that sense, it is a record in somebody's database. Being readable is not something you can buy your way into later, and it is why a site of your own has quietly become more valuable than it was two years ago.

We cannot promise you a place in anybody's answers, and treat anyone who does with suspicion. What we can do is make sure there is something of yours worth reading, in a form that can be read.

What a beauty salon actually gets

The site

  • Built for you on your own domain, not a listing on a platform.
  • Your full treatment menu, grouped and searchable rather than one long list.
  • Your work shown properly, since that is what she is really judging.
  • Your therapists and what each of them specialises in.
  • Fast on a phone, because that is where she is looking.

The booking

  • Real durations per treatment, per therapist.
  • Optional extras that add both the price and the minutes.
  • Patch test and preparation notes shown while she chooses.
  • Deposits and a cancellation policy, on only if you want them.
  • Gift cards, loyalty stamps, and card payments straight to your bank at 0% commission.

Phone and walk-in bookings go into the same diary in a few taps, so the day's takings are all in one place.

Frequently asked

I have forty treatments. Will the booking page be a mess?

No. Once you have more than one category the page groups them the way you already group them, with a search box above and category filters, so a client either searches for what she wants or browses one section. Salons with a short list keep the simple single list.

Can I offer add-ons like a brow tidy with a facial?

Yes. Each extra has its own price and its own extra minutes, and the diary lengthens to fit when a client picks one, so you are not running late because someone said yes. Attach an extra to one treatment or to all of them.

How do I make sure clients know about patch tests?

Each treatment carries a note shown while the client is choosing, not hidden in a confirmation. You can also list the test itself as a short free appointment so a new client books both together. The timing is whatever your insurer and product manufacturer require; the software surfaces your rule rather than setting one.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes, on the Local and Bespoke tiers. Buyers choose a value and pay by card, the recipient gets a branded card by email with a code that works on your booking page, and the money reaches your account when the card is bought. Solovi takes 0% of it.

Can each therapist have her own diary and prices?

Yes. Own calendar, own hours, own days off, own treatment list and own prices, so a senior therapist and a newer one can charge differently for the same treatment. Solo covers one, Local up to three, Bespoke has no limit.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly fee: £19 for Solo, £39 for Local, £79 for Bespoke, with 0% commission on bookings, gift cards and everything else your clients pay. Sign up before 31 December 2026 and Local locks at £29 and Bespoke at £49 for as long as you stay.
